We are David and Julie James, a husband and wife team. David is a Photographer, Graphic Artist and Illustrator. Julie is a Photographer certified through NAIT. We have been working as portrait studio photographers and freelance wedding photographers for over 10 years. James Design Studios (JDS) Photography was created through our love for art, photography, people and our desire to work together.
In our approach we use professional Nikon equipment to capture high-resolution digital formats of your images. We use contemporary style, elements of fashion, posed formals and photojournalism to tell the story of your wedding day.
We really do love wedding photography, it is an amazing day full of love and the beginning of something wonderful.
